The Trinity Magazine is a seasonal publication by Trinity University, a liberal arts university in San Antonio, Texas. Each issue covers student life, timely faculty achievements, and spotlights alumni.
This issue, titled “Hi, AI!”, examines the intersection of human intelligence and artificial intelligence, highlighting collaborative research on gene function prediction, analyses of AI in media, and discussions on AI’s role in education. It features diverse perspectives from faculty and students, including insights into AI’s integration into liberal arts and its application in art and healthcare.
My work focused on balancing readability with aesthetic appeal to elevate the storytelling and engage the magazine’s audience. For the spreads I designed, I incorporated quintessentially “techy” design elements, crafting a visual presentation that seamlessly aligned with the forward-thinking theme of the issue.
